Reduction of wastewater treatment costs with a combination of inorganic coagulants and compact coagulation equipment! Also, reduction of water volume through wastewater reuse!
The IH series coagulation device for inorganic coagulation agents is a compact machine that can process emulsified wastewater, which has been difficult to treat until now, using inexpensive and safe coagulation agents (MSDS available). It is suitable for treating wastewater that cannot be purified by filters, such as compressor drain water, steel quenching wastewater, printing wastewater, and polishing wastewater. If you send us your wastewater, we will conduct test coagulation and report the results. It is also possible to reduce the content of n-hexane extractable substances (mineral oil content). We have a significant track record of deliveries to major users, including electric power companies and railway companies.

Applications/Examples of results
There are proven results in the treatment of emulsified waste liquids such as car wash wastewater, printing wastewater, polishing wastewater (wafers), food oil treatment, plating wastewater, cleaning wastewater, disposal of cutting oils, dairy cleaning wastewater treatment, resin polishing wastewater, wheat flour and starch wastewater treatment, insulating oil wastewater treatment, adhesive wastewater treatment, and quenching oil treatment. Recently, it has also been utilized for the reuse of cleaning wastewater due to the reduction of total wastewater volume.
