● Low Dust Emission Structure Through a unique covering mechanism using a seal sheet, the CSKR20/26 achieves cleanliness of ISO14644-1 Class 3 (equivalent to FED209E Class 1), while the CSKR33/46 and CGL achieve cleanliness of ISO14644-1 Class 4 (equivalent to FED209E Class 10). ● High Speed The CSKR33/46 and CGL can operate continuously at a maximum speed of 2000 mm/s in an environment of ISO14644-1 Class 4 (equivalent to FED209E Class 10). ● Long-term Maintenance-Free The CSKR employs ball retainers in the LM guide and ball screw sections (the CSKR20/26 uses a ball retainer only in the LM guide section and is equipped with a lubrication device QZ in the ball screw section), and the CGL also achieves long-term maintenance-free operation by using LM guides with ball retainers and a lubrication device QZ (which can be mounted on both LM guides and ball screws). ● High Rigidity The CSKR adopts an outer rail with a U-shaped cross-section, and the CGL uses the proven aluminum base of GL-N, resulting in high rigidity.
