The "KB" and "BIM" series are humidity control spray nozzles that adjust the moisture content of sheets and reduce warping. They allow for spray volume adjustment through control, accommodating various paper widths. Before laminating sheets on a corrugating machine, introducing a humidity control spray header optimizes the moisture content of the sheets, increases line speed, and achieves stable operations and improved productivity. Both the "KB" and "BIM" series have high atomization performance, enabling appropriate spraying of water onto the target with minimal spray volume.
This is a product made by bonding a strong double-sided tape to a 1mm thick square plate. The plate is made of ferrite stainless steel, a magnetic material that is resistant to rust.
