The painting robot "Line Dancer" has improved its transportable weight, allowing it to carry up to 12 spray guns. One robot can match the work of approximately 12 spray men. It is a ceiling-mounted mobile robot house (booth) integrated with high safety, a unique painting robot from Takubo. It enables high production efficiency while maintaining high quality and low cost. With its unique rotary painting technology, R technology achieves high-quality coatings through a thin film multi-coating method. Emblem Indium Coating Takubo Engineering
Takubo Engineering Co., Ltd. has applied an indium mirror coating to the emblem of the Anest Iwata Racing Lexus Racing vehicle. The Super GT-300 race features vehicles that have been customized from commercial cars to racing specifications, with Anest Iwata Co., Ltd. participating as Anest Iwata Racing. The emblem of this vehicle has been treated with an indium mirror coating that reproduces a chrome-like paint film using newly developed indium paint. Compared to traditional chrome plating production, this method consumes less paint, reduces painting costs, and significantly cuts down on waste disposal costs such as sludge fees, thereby improving environmental performance. The chrome-like paint film is recreated using a spray application. The indium mirror coat is realized through the Indium Mirror Coating System, achieved through a three-coat, three-bake process. This was developed through a collaboration between Musashi Paint Co., Ltd., Anest Iwata Co., Ltd., and Takubo Engineering Co., Ltd. We held a demonstration of the swanist.
From May 17 to 19, 2018, we sponsored the Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd. Solution Fair 2018, where we showcased the latest teaching assist software "Swanist" specifically designed for painting robots, along with live demonstrations. ◎ Latest Teaching Assistant Software for Painting Robots: "Swanist" The teaching tasks that previously required robot language input can now be performed semi-automatically. The software simplifies tasks such as point input, editing, and program creation, allowing for easy operation on a computer. Swanist can replay teaching data and conduct simulations in a virtual space. At the same time, it can reproduce movements with the Swan robot, enabling data creation while confirming the movements. In the future, we aim for full automation, from reading work data to automatic teaching, fluid analysis, and data conversion.
