Our original surface treatment, "Tef-Lock," is a high-performance composite surface treatment that combines the high hardness and wear resistance of hard chrome plating with the non-stick and release properties of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). By using it on heat sealers instead of Teflon coatings or Teflon tape, you can improve maintenance and extend lifespan. We have ample experience with materials such as stainless steel, copper alloys, and aluminum! We offer the standard Tef-Lock with a heat resistance of 250°C and "Tef-Lock α," which can be used at temperatures above 300°C. If you are using it for sealing PET resin or other applications exceeding 250°C, please consider "Tef-Lock α."
