We will introduce the soft magnetic composite (SMC) 'Somaloy(R)', which is attracting attention as an environmentally friendly technology that can be applied using powder metallurgy methods. At the venue, we will provide information on our latest developments ahead of the official release. Please experience the next-generation solution "Somaloy (R) 2025," which brings us closer to a sustainable future, at the venue. [Highlights] - We will quickly introduce a new grade set to be released in Q4 2025. Some next-generation materials currently under development will also be displayed. - We will share the CO2 emission data (ISO14067) for Somaloy(R) and highlight our contributions to sustainable manufacturing. [Planned Exhibits] - Various motor cores made from SMC Application examples of Somaloy(R), which is effectively the benchmark for pure iron-based powder magnetic core materials: 1) Product examples adopted domestically and internationally: Axial gap motors YASA-type motors Motor cores Cores for filter coils, etc. 2) Development by Shizuoka Institute of Science and Technology: Rim drive axial gap induction motor.

Introducing an example of electromagnetic design and design methods for pancake-type ultra-flat high-torque (axial gap type) motors utilizing powder magnetic cores with magnetic isotropy!
