Thus, the EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-3000) can measure the EO concentration within the sterilizer and output it externally. 5. There is an EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000) that combines control equipment, recorders, and printers. Its feature is that it can measure concentrations tailored to the sterilization conditions of the EO gas sterilizer. 6. An EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000/S) is equipped with a sampling switch, allowing for automatic continuous measurement of the EO gas concentration in multiple EOG sterilizers with just one EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000/S).
