A page for RC wall structures has been added to the product information!

At Centuri Techno, we undertake analyses that consider the material nonlinearity of both concrete and reinforcing steel, as well as checks using the allowable stress method and limit state design method based on the sectional forces from linear analysis. We represent RC structures by using layered shell elements for concrete and adding a layer of reinforcing steel (embedded rebar) within them. The layered shell elements simulate cracking and compressive failure of concrete, while the embedded rebar elements evaluate the yielding of the rebar. [Features] - Analysis considering the material nonlinearity of both concrete and rebar - Allowable stress method using sectional forces from linear analysis - Checks using the limit state design method

"WingEarth Application Case" Automatically recognizes clusters of point clouds such as utility poles on the road individually, achieving a significant reduction in work time. *Case study collection av...

Today's ANSYS: ANSYS Fluent Fiber Module

Today, I would like to change perspectives a bit and introduce the "Fiber Module," an optional feature of ANSYS Fluent. This module allows for the modeling of melt spinning and dry spinning processes in fiber production. It can simulate various physical phenomena such as the solidification of molten liquid and volatilization by coupling the standard CFD mesh of Fluent with an independent one-dimensional mesh (grid) for the fibers. There are three methods for spinning: melt spinning, dry spinning, and wet spinning. Currently, ANSYS Fluent and the Fiber Module can simulate melt spinning and dry spinning. By considering the coupling of surrounding fluid calculations and fiber calculations, it is possible to obtain flow fields and temperature fields of the surrounding fluid associated with changes in fiber flow, as well as local information about the fibers corresponding to changes in the surrounding fluid. All necessary settings for the simulation can, of course, be done through the GUI. A high level of functionality is a characteristic of the ANSYS Fluent Fiber Module. *For more details, please refer to the link below or feel free to contact us.
