Therefore, we proposed an arrangement that collects heat on the bottom side. Additionally, it is possible to adjust the thermal capacity by widening or narrowing the coil winding pitch. ■ Heat Uniformity Testing of Heaters To achieve uniform temperature distribution in heat treatment heaters manufactured for the automotive industry, we are conducting optimization verification tests on the placement of the workpieces, circuit separation, and output adjustments. 【Test Cases】 1. Glass Fiber Organic Residue Test In the production of glass fibers, it is essential to burn off the organic materials in a drying oven. However, there was interest in whether it could be effectively burned off using our hot air generation equipment. After several discussions, an opportunity arose for a company visit, during which we operated the equipment as part of a factory tour and conducted a simple pattern test. If you contact us in advance, it is possible to check the availability of the equipment and conduct a simple test. 2. Surface Temperature Comparison Test Under High-Temperature Atmosphere In the equipment used by the customer, there is a risk of electric leakage when the surface temperature of the heater becomes high. Therefore, the specifications were changed to enhance the heat dissipation effect, and both old and new heaters were tested under the same conditions to measure and compare their surface temperatures. The results showed that by enhancing the heat dissipation effect, there was a tendency for the surface temperature of the heater to decrease. This time, due to temperature differences depending on the measurement method, it is necessary to consider a new challenge regarding the measurement method for actual furnace measurements, and we are currently working on it.

★ Heater utilizing "far infrared rays" ★

No unnecessary energy is used, so it is energy-saving! This is an introduction to heaters that utilize "far infrared rays," which have longer wavelengths among "infrared" rays. Electromagnetic waves in the far infrared range (3μm to 25μm) are generally said to be easily absorbed by materials, allowing for efficient heating of objects. Therefore, our company has developed a paint (far infrared paint) that emits a large amount of electromagnetic waves in the far infrared range by applying our ceramic raw material blending technology. Transparent materials like glass tend to transmit electromagnetic waves easily, so the heat from the heating element does not sufficiently transfer to the object being heated. As a result, if a lot of heater power is applied, electricity costs increase. By applying wavelength conversion paint and converting it to wavelengths that glass can easily absorb, heat can be efficiently transferred to the object being heated without passing through.
