(hereinafter referred to as IRM) announced on December 26, 2022, that it will transfer the design, sales, parts sales, and after-sales service operations of its lubrication equipment to its manufacturing contractor, Koganei Co., Ltd. Since Koganei has been responsible for the manufacturing of IRM's lubrication equipment for approximately 60 years, this transfer will establish a consistent system from manufacturing to after-sales service for the lubrication equipment.
