Moribio Natto Bacteria

Due to the heat sterilization process, there are no effects such as germination or proliferation, resulting in extremely high handling properties during the manufacturing process!

"Morubio Natto Bacteria" is a heat-killed product developed based on our BN strain of natto bacteria. It has extremely high handling properties during the manufacturing process, without being affected by germination or proliferation. As a result, it can be relatively easily mixed into food products, even for food manufacturers where quality control has been challenging. [Features] - It promotes the production of short-chain fatty acids related to intestinal regulation within a "gut microbiota model" that mimics the environment of the large intestine. - It increases the quantity of certain lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Utilizing the power of microorganisms.

Keywords: Microbial utilization, microbial breeding, fermentation production, microbial environmental purification.

The cellulase complex "cellulosome" derived from anaerobic bacteria can efficiently decompose plant cell walls (biomass) and holds the potential to contribute to a circular society in the future. However, the production strains of cellulosomes are anaerobic, making cultivation difficult. Therefore, we are working on the secretion production of cellulosomes using Bacillus subtilis (a relative of natto bacteria), which has been studied alongside Escherichia coli for a long time and has accumulated various insights. There is also the possibility of secreting other useful proteins using Bacillus subtilis.

Fermentation Promoter Compost Fermentation Microorganism BJC-HK1

Fermentation accelerators have a proven track record in composting projects involving the large-scale harvesting of miscellaneous trees and weeds by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, demonstrating strong fermentation and reduction of unpleasant odors.

Fermentation accelerators and composting fermentation bacteria are used not only as fermentation accelerators for composting fallen leaves, dead leaves, weeds, and pruned branches, but also in a project conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to compost a large amount of weeds and branches generated in riverbeds, where our fermentation accelerators have been utilized for many years, achieving significant reductions in fermentation time and odors during fermentation. The fermentation bacteria used in the fermentation accelerators are liquid fermentation agents cultured at high concentrations from a dozen types of microorganisms, primarily plant-based lactic acid bacteria, which are highly safe and have excellent fermentation power. Due to their strong fermentation power and high organic matter decomposition ability, fermentation accelerators and composting fermentation bacteria are used by livestock farmers raising cattle, pigs, and chickens for significantly reducing fermentation time in composting manure and urine, as well as for diluting the fermentation accelerator and spraying it in livestock barns to reduce odors. They are also utilized in a wide range of fields, including composting sludge discharged from wastewater treatment facilities (septic tanks). After using the fermentation accelerator, high temperatures of 60 to 70°C promote the growth of a large number of actinomycetes, which are essential for soil, enabling the production of high-quality compost. Additionally, the fermentation accelerator contains enzymes and microorganisms that help reduce unpleasant odors such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, allowing for ideal fermentation while mitigating these odors typically encountered during fermentation.

Cow dung compost fermentation promoter, odor decomposition, powerful fermentation bacteria, 1.8L

It enables the reduction of unpleasant odors in cattle manure management and promotes compost fermentation, allowing for the production of high-quality organic fertilizer in a short period.

Due to the unique method of high-concentration cultivation of lactic acid bacteria, which have strong fermentation power from cow dung, the decomposition rate is fast, resulting in high-quality organic fertilizer. It is also optimal for situations where compost does not ferment in low outdoor temperatures during winter or for re-fermentation of compost that has failed once. Because of the high-concentration cultivation, it can be diluted from the original solution to about 1000 times, making it economical. We carefully select and cultivate lactic acid bacteria that are harmless to humans and animals, and their safety has been proven through acute oral toxicity tests conducted on mice, ensuring you can use it with confidence. Additionally, some livestock farmers mix the diluted fermentation solution with the drinking water or feed of livestock and allow it to ferment before feeding, which is greatly appreciated for maintaining health through the intestinal regulation effects of lactic acid bacteria and reducing the odor of manure. The unpleasant odors associated with fermentation, such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, can also be mitigated through the enzymes and microorganisms contained in the fermentation promoter, allowing for ideal fermentation. High-temperature bio-fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and composting of livestock manure contribute to climate change measures by not producing methane gas, thus supporting the SDGs.

Bio-energy Co., Ltd. "D-Lactic Acid and Polyol Production" Technology Introduction

Developed a process to directly polymerize lactic acid from fermentation liquid using lactic acid bacteria that produce high-purity D-lactic acid!

Typically, when we talk about lactic acid, we refer to L-lactic acid, but in recent years, our company has developed "lactic acid bacteria that produce high-purity D-lactic acid." We are also actively developing lactic acid fermentation from cellulose resources, aiming to establish a system that can stably supply optically active lactic acid from various underutilized biomass. We have also developed a process for directly polymerizing lactic acid from fermentation broth and have filed a patent application. [Contents] ■ Development of lactic acid bacteria that produce high-purity D-lactic acid ■ Lactic acid fermentation from cellulose resources is also under development *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
