We would like to introduce the characteristics of fluoropolymer coatings. The surface of fluoropolymer coatings does not allow most substances to adhere and repels both water and oil. Due to the water-repellent properties of fluoropolymers, they do not get wet, making them significantly resistant to dirt. Fluororesin coatings can be "re-coated" multiple times. When re-coating with fluororesin, it is necessary to first strip the current fluororesin coating. This is done using sandblasting, but it inevitably takes a long time. Therefore, for plates under 1mm or precision parts, it is essential to choose a coating that does not affect the substrate even after stripping the fluororesin coating.
