We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a housing equipment manufacturer to develop a circuit board for a smart key to be used in a key system. The cover for the smart key was designed by the customer, and it was necessary to develop a circuit board that could achieve miniaturization while considering the required specifications. Additionally, the smart key required operation on a button battery, and it was essential to design for low power consumption to ensure that the battery replacement frequency would be over one year. For power saving, we utilized the microcontroller's sleep mode. We would like to introduce a case where we provided support for the addition of anti-fungal agents to resin products. Plasticizers and additives contained in resin products serve as a nutrient source for mold, and preventing the appearance and degradation of resin products has been a challenge. After explaining the product, we shipped trial samples and conducted tests using the prototypes. Subsequently, data showing no mold was obtained, leading to adoption.
