【Customer Development Needs】 We received a request to minimize the bezel by integrating the display glass and resin frame through one-shot molding, in order to maximize the display without changing the size of the mobile device. 【More Specific Requirements】 There was a demand to enhance the precision of the glass insert, minimize the bonding area to the utmost, and ensure waterproofing. 【Our Proposal】 We jointly developed a binder printing that bonds with resin on the back of the glass along with decorative design, which is fused using the heat of the molded resin. We ensured quantitative management of the bonding strength and guaranteed waterproof performance through airtightness testing with specialized equipment. Utilizing the advantages of our in-mold transfer technology, we established a method where "the transfer does not occur on the glass but does on the resin frame," allowing for frame decoration during molding. 【Customer Evaluation】 We were able to provide a product with a narrow bezel and no gaps or steps between the glass and frame, which has been adopted by set manufacturers both domestically and internationally. Additionally, we received requests for not only flat glass inserts but also "bent glass" inserts, which were also adopted.

[Case Study] Lift-Up Method

We would like to introduce a case where Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd. adopted the "Lift-Up Method." Due to the aging of the existing traveling crane, we received a request for an increase in crane lifting height. In the construction process, we connected the column for the raised portion to the existing column head in a way that enhances strength, and then, using the cover build method, we installed a new roof and walls before dismantling the existing roof from the inside. As a result of this construction, the crane lifting height was increased, allowing for more flexible crane movement, which improved work efficiency. Cleaning method

The purpose is to create a moderate gap on the outside of the hole opened for water collection in the pipe to encourage the inflow of groundwater.

We would like to introduce the "Cleaning Method" of Hokuto Drill Co., Ltd. In the first step, water is sprayed forward while probing the inside of the pipe with the nozzle, crushing deposits, cutting roots, and detaching scale. The internal condition can be inferred from the measurements taken before cleaning and during this process, as crushed materials, cut roots, and scale fragments are discharged. Next, in the second step, water is sprayed backward to discharge any remaining materials inside the pipe. The nozzle is quickly brought to the bottom of the hole and retracted, completing the cleaning to eliminate contaminants. In the third step, this method is not effective for all soil types. In cohesive soil mixed with gravel up to medium grain size, the discharge of recovered spring water continues for a while after cleaning, indicating its effectiveness. However, silt layers and sandy layers have smaller particle sizes, and materials like pumice expand, so excessive water application can lead to the inflow of unnecessary sediment. Washing away small sand from gravel layers can cause the gaps between the gravel to clog, resulting in pipe breakage or rupture due to flow and soil pressure. This process should be determined based on the soil type at the location and the outflow from inside the pipe, rather than theoretically. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
