Hollow Shaft Coaxiality Ultrasonic Inspection Device for Automotive Quality Management
Ultrasonic measurement of the wall thickness of hollow shafts and measurement of coaxiality! Compatible with a variety of materials such as castings, sintered materials, camshafts, and resin pipes.
The "Hollow Shaft Coaxiality Ultrasonic Measurement Device" uses ultrasonic waves to measure the wall thickness of the inner and outer surfaces of a shaft, calculating and determining the coaxiality from the difference in thickness. By rotating the inspection material set on the measurement jig, the wall thickness around the entire circumference is measured, and the coaxiality is assessed. By multi-channeling the measurement points of the ultrasonic waves, it is possible to inspect multiple points simultaneously. If the type of measurement material changes, it can be accommodated by exchanging the jig. The inspection results are saved to a PC within the data processing unit (usually in CSV format). The measurement materials are hollow shafts or cylindrical pipes. *It can accommodate various materials such as castings, sintered materials, camshafts, and resin pipes.
