Narrow steel strip welding seam detector

We will detect weld seams of narrow steel strips (both magnetic and non-magnetic). The width of the steel strip is 5-30mm, thickness is 0.2-4mm, and the transport speed is up to 5m/s.

When supplying steel strips to a stamping press, the final end of the reel unwinding and the unwinding part of the new reel are welded together for continuous transport, but detection of the weld joint must always be performed prior to the press process.
