[Case Study] Super Dryer

Rapid drying with strong wind pressure at low temperatures! It has also been confirmed that it reduces drying stains as a secondary effect.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Super Dryer" that was implemented. A customer involved in plating precision parts was struggling with drying time and deformation issues during the drying process, which is the final step of plating. As a solution, they adopted our product. The drying was carried out without moving the parts at all, using a super strong airflow at a low temperature of around 60-70°C for about 5-10 minutes, effectively resolving the issues.
