Asahi's tunnel dryer, which utilizes the "Direct Axial Blow Method" to directly inject hot air into the inner cylinder, eliminates waste of thermal energy and achieves high-speed, energy-efficient drying. The B-type features significant improvements in the automatic lint removal function to address the decline in drying performance caused by lint accumulation. First, the lint filter area has been expanded to approximately 2.7 times that of conventional models. The airflow has been re-evaluated, and the structure has been changed to allow lint to adhere below the filter. Additionally, lint that adheres to the underside of the filter is removed using a vibrator and air. As a result, the initial drying performance can be maintained over an extended period, making efficiency sustainable.
