A rubber stopper cleaning, sterilizing, and drying machine that efficiently eliminates particles through automatic rotating double basket cleaning. Effective cleaning is possible using ultrasonic and air microbubbles.
From the automatic supply of rubber stoppers to cleaning, silicone treatment, sterilization, and drying, everything is automatically controlled by a computer. During retrieval and packaging, the rubber stoppers are not contaminated due to ORABS sterile retrieval.
The compatible rubber stoppers include three types: syringe rubber stoppers, infusion bottle rubber stoppers, and glass bottle rubber stoppers. They are FDA approved and have a track record of delivery to pharmaceutical companies in Europe and the United States.
