In the hydraulic systems of four tire wheel rim molding machines for automobiles, there were frequent failures of the servo valves, causing issues almost every month. As a solution, we stopped the operation of the existing filtration system, which consisted of 2-10μ mesh filters and paper-type filters, and installed a new high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. As a result, we received feedback from our customers stating, "Not only did we achieve cost reduction, but there were also significant secondary effects such as a decrease in nighttime and holiday call-outs."
