We will introduce a case study that solved the problem of being unable to remove fine particles and aluminum powder!

We would like to introduce a case study on reducing troubles with machining oil in our machine tools. We were experiencing continuous seizing troubles with the threading rolling machine. Additionally, the oil used was filtered and recirculated using a centrifugal oil filter, but the existing filter was unable to remove fine particles and aluminum dust. As a solution, we disconnected the existing centrifugal filter and installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system. We received feedback from customers stating, "The oil has become clean, and we can no longer see any debris." We change the oil twice a year, but there is significant contamination of the lubricant, posing a risk of thrust bearing damage, and there were unnecessary costs for oil replacement and labor associated with the oil change. Therefore, we introduced a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil and filtered all machines in a circulating manner. [Improvement Case] Transformer (Insulating Oil) Insulation Resistance Decrease

Insulation resistance is approximately three times higher! A case study that solved the problem of decreased insulation resistance values due to oxide formation.

We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of insulation resistance decline in transformers (insulating oil) that we conducted. Due to moisture ingress from air breathers and the generation of oxides caused by contact with high-temperature areas, the insulation resistance value decreased, necessitating regular replacement. To address this, we introduced a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. By removing moisture and generated oxides, we were able to prevent and recover the decline in insulation resistance. Additionally, we received feedback from our customer stating, "The insulation resistance has increased by about three times, and we are satisfied."
