HTRH Universal High-Temperature Horizontal Tube Furnace

The Carbolite Gero high-temperature tube furnace HTRH can be used horizontally at a maximum temperature of 1800°C.

High-quality insulation materials with low thermal conductivity enable low energy consumption and rapid heating. The insulation material and molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heater element are housed in a rectangular casing. The heater element is suspended vertically, making it easy to replace. At high temperatures and in the presence of oxygen, MoSi2 forms an oxide layer (SiO2) that protects the heater element from thermal and chemical corrosion. The 3-zone tube furnace (HTRH-3) achieves higher uniformity compared to single-zone products. These models are equipped with dedicated thermocouples and temperature controllers for each heating zone, making them particularly convenient for preheating gases necessary for reactions within the system. The HTRH does not come with a working tube built-in. The working tube can be selected as an additional accessory. The length of the working tube varies depending on the application and whether a modified atmosphere or vacuum is used.

HTRV-A – High-Temperature Vertical Split-Type Tube Furnace

The split-type tubular furnace, HTRV-A model, can achieve a maximum temperature of 1700°C for heat treatment when used in a vertical or horizontal position.

The split-type heating module makes it easy to mount the working tube and the reaction vessel with a fixed end flange.
