While processing the preceding work, we can prepare the processing conditions for the next work, enabling rapid consecutive condition changes for works with different processing conditions, which is effective for producing a variety of small lots. The hydraulic press mechanisms equipped in each chamber minimize thermal expansion during the degreasing, sintering, and cooling processes, and the atmosphere in each chamber is purged with N2 or H2 gas, preventing oxidation of the workpieces along with the high sealing performance of the entire system.
