The "SSVF-GIIS(W)" is a two-chamber gas quenching furnace that enables rapid cooling. It is designed for pressurized cooling up to 0.19 MPa (low-speed cooling). Thanks to the adoption of a large-capacity fan and a large heat exchanger, it not only allows for rapid cooling but also achieves uniform cooling due to its cooling method that draws in air from the lower part of the cooling chamber. By utilizing the optional alternating upper and lower fan cooling, uniform cooling of large items is also possible.
