The hybrid precision internal grinding machine IIG-20H offers significant improvements compared to the existing YIG model: - In a standard grinding process, the total time has been reduced by 75 seconds out of 210 seconds (35% time reduction). - Additionally, in setup, a time reduction of 143 seconds out of 180 seconds is possible (79% time reduction). - For difficult-to-cut materials, the dressing interruption function further shortens grinding time. This hybrid precision internal grinding machine meets customer needs for precision grinding and production efficiency.
