That is why we provide useful knowledge about heaters. <How Heat Transfers> Three Principles of Heat Transfer + 1 ⇒ Conduction, Convection, Radiation + Convection (liquid and gas) ~Conduction~ A form of heat transfer within the same material. Heat moves from the high-temperature side to the low-temperature side. The conduction characteristics change depending on the thermal conductivity (which can be altered). ~Convection~ Heat moves between different materials (solid, liquid, gas). The efficiency of heat transfer between solids varies significantly based on the degree of contact. That is why we provide useful knowledge about heaters. <Radiation> Heat transmitted by electromagnetic waves. No material is needed to conduct heat. The energy intensity increases in proportion to the fourth power of absolute temperature. The effectiveness of radiators (mainly heating elements) is significant at temperatures above 800°C. <Heat efficiency of radiation-type heaters to heated objects> ■ The wavelength of radiant heat is determined by the temperature of the heating element. Example: 1000°C (1273K) peak wavelength 2.3μm. Black body (perfect) > absorbs all incident energy. White body (perfect) > reflects all incident energy. Transparent body (perfect) > transmits all incident energy. ■ The absorption, reflection, and transmission characteristics are determined by the material (strong wavelength dependence). General materials > Absorption rate: varies with surface condition (mirror finish, surface roughness, oxidation level) / Transmission rate: usually considered to be zero. [Case Study] Metal Frame Heater FW Type

Recommended for those who want to use it in a clean environment! Case study of the surface heater "FW type".

We would like to introduce a case study of the 'Metal Frame Heater,' which can operate at temperatures up to 900°C and is designed without ceramic fiber, making it suitable for use in clean environments. Due to the inability to use insulation materials in vacuum furnaces and to meet the conditions for uniform heating, we proposed the planar heater model "FW type," which was successfully implemented. The design needed to prevent vacuum discharge, and we were able to accommodate details such as fixing to the case and TC holes according to the customer's requests, which made them very happy. Additionally, we have a track record of delivering FW heaters for standalone testing.
