Here is a case study solved by Shin-Net Industrial. We received a request to raise a small gas flow of 0.1L/min to 10L/min up to 350℃. The standard products we offer are designed for several hundred L/min, so they are too small for the required flow rate. Unlike water, gas does not transfer heat easily, so we thought the key was to increase the flow velocity and enlarge the heater's contact area. Therefore, we ensured sufficient flow velocity by narrowing the gas flow pipe. We selected our 1.8 ultra-thin heater and tightly wound it around the gas flow pipe to secure the contact area.
