Planetary Ball Mill (Cooling Type) "LP-1C"

During operation, it cools the entire system, suppresses heat generation inside the grinding container, and minimizes the effects of heat.

The "LP-1C" planetary ball mill (cooling type) addresses the issue of unavoidable heat generation during the grinding process in conventional planetary mills, making it difficult to grind low melting point and thermally sensitive samples. The LP-1C cools the entire grinding chamber during operation, keeping the heat generation inside the grinding container to below 30-40°C, close to room temperature, thereby minimizing the thermal impact on the samples. Typically, one grinding container is used at a time, with available sizes of 80ml, 250ml, and 500ml, but only the 80ml container can be used in a stacked configuration. The grinding containers are made from various materials, including menon, partially stabilized zirconia, high alumina, and tungsten, allowing for the selection of a material suitable for the sample.
