Scientifically displays bad breath levels, demonstrating exceptional persuasive power in explaining to patients undergoing bad breath treatment!
The Halimeter RH17K, a halitosis measurement device, is designed to measure ammonia and primarily volatile nitrogen compounds. The test conducted by Atain reproduces the state in which oral ammonia reaches its maximum by amplifying the activity of urease-active bacteria (mostly anaerobic bacteria) using urea. Instead of directly measuring bad breath, it allows us to infer the maximum bad breath level of each subject by understanding the activity of bacteria that are likely to cause it.
【Features】
○ Measures volatile sulfur compounds in units of 1/100 million ppb
→ It is capable of measuring the sum of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, and dimethyl sulfide at 1/100 million ppb.
○ Displays the peak detection value
→ Designed to always show the highest value during use, allowing real-time confirmation of the concentration of volatile sulfur compounds in the oral cavity.
