We at Aluminum Factory specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing we have conducted. This work is a part for a nursing care device and serves as a support pillar for the lifting section. This work is also manufactured through the extrusion processing of aluminum material. Traditionally, two stainless steel parts were joined by welding to create the same shape, but with our proposal, we achieved the same shape through integrated aluminum extrusion molding. Initially, it was thought that aluminum would not provide sufficient strength, but after creating a prototype and conducting strength tests, it was found that it could achieve adequate strength compared to stainless steel materials. We at Aluminum Factory specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing carried out by our company. This work is an example of packaging equipment made from extruded aluminum material. A protective paper is placed on the uneven parts at the top of the workpiece, and a cutting tool enters the hole-shaped section in the center for cutting purposes. A heater runs through the round hole in the center of the part, designed to facilitate the cutting of the protective paper. A special coating has been applied to prevent the protective paper from sticking to the aluminum part. Originally, the shape was created by machining from a square aluminum material, but we have changed the specifications to produce an uneven shape through extrusion processing, achieving cost reduction. 【Specifications】 ■ Shape Pattern: Hollow ■ Size: 30×55×355 ■ Material: A6063S-T5
