NBR95° Rubber Ball High Hardness Molding

NBR95° has high hardness, making molding more difficult than with standard hardness. We have explored and experimented to find the optimal molding conditions for high-hardness rubber balls.

For high hardness of 95° in NBR, it must be ordered based on the material formulation. High hardness products often have issues with material flow within the mold, leading to many challenges. Since rubber balls are difficult to process through cutting, please consider molding them with a mold.
