Stainless steel black spacer with slotted round type double male threads, low-temperature black chrome treatment.
This is a stainless steel spacer treated with low-temperature black chrome. The matte black surface is ideal for optical devices that require anti-glare properties. With a film thickness of approximately 2μm and no variation in thickness distribution, it has corrosion resistance several tens of times greater than black dyeing. It features a cylindrical shape with male threads on both ends, and one side is slotted.
Low-temperature black chrome treatment offers excellent wear resistance, light-selective absorption, and thermal absorption, leading to increased demand in industries such as semiconductors, LCDs, and optical technology-related equipment.
Applications include semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment, optical inspection equipment, top covers and diaphragm parts for high-end single-lens reflex digital cameras, and precision drive components like LM guides and gears.
Standard film thickness: 5±2μm. Since there is no need for oil application, it can be used in clean rooms.
