Adoption of black low-temperature black chrome plating! This is an example of surface treatment applied for the purpose of preventing halation.

When using CCMT in the process of work recognition by camera, there was a malfunction where errors occurred in image recognition due to halation. Q. What are the dimensions of the hard chrome plating tank? A. How thick can hard chrome plating be applied? A. It depends on the customer's request, but typically we perform standard plating (dimension matching) and thicker plating. Plating technology for PA resin

Melted zinc-aluminum alloy plating "SG plating"

In the salt spray test, it has ten times the corrosion resistance of conventional hot-dip galvanized coatings.

SG plating is a molten zinc alloy plating system consisting of 5% aluminum and 1% magnesium. It is an alloy based on zinc, developed with technical support from Mitsui Mining & Smelting under the name "Super Galva," and has incorporated unique technologies from Kowa Industrial for over 20 years. While zinc-based alloys with approximately 5% aluminum have been commercialized in the steel sheet sector by blast furnace manufacturers, with JIS standards established, such plating is often technically challenging in the general molten zinc plating field, and this type of plating is rarely performed. Furthermore, there are no other facilities boasting a production capacity of 3,000 tons/month with an 8-meter large kettle for alloy plating. SG plating has a proven track record in harsh environments prone to corrosion from salt damage, such as coastal areas and heavy snowfall regions. Recently, in collaboration with Nippon Steel, we have successfully developed high corrosion-resistant steel pipes. Rust-resistant neodymium magnets!! There are still no places that can handle them!!

Neodymium magnets are very prone to rust. Therefore, they are generally plated in three layers (nickel-copper-nickel). Our rust-resistant neodymium magnets have an additional layer, resulting in a four-layer plating (nickel-copper-nickel-electroless nickel). Please refer to the enlarged diagram below. You should be able to confirm the thickness of the plating. There are products that seem to accept that neodymium magnets will rust. Hard chrome plating is a technique known as electroplating, which uses electrical power to reduce metal ions in a solution and form a new coating (chromium metal) on the surface of the material. This allows for functionality to be applied only to the necessary areas, enabling the use of materials with minimal required functions instead of expensive high-performance materials. By applying hard chrome plating to the surface, it is possible to fully utilize the functions while keeping material costs low. Additionally, because it can be reprocessed, if a product gets scratched, it can be easily repaired by stripping the plating and re-plating. Even if dimensions become smaller due to wear, repairs can be made by adding material through plating. Our original surface treatment, "Tef-Lock," is a high-performance composite surface treatment technology that combines high hardness, wear resistance, non-stick properties, and release characteristics. By using it in heat sealers instead of Teflon coatings or Teflon tape, maintenance and longevity can be improved. The heat resistance temperature is approximately 250°C for continuous use. If you feel that a durability of 250°C is concerning for sealing PET resin, please try our "Heat-Resistant Tef-Lock," which has a heat resistance temperature of approximately 300°C to 350°C! We offer samples of Tef-Lock (standard type only) for those who are interested. Please fill out the details of what you are specifically considering.
