Case Study: Electroless Nickel Plating on Aluminum Die Casting ■ Company I, an aluminum die casting manufacturer A company that was struggling with poor corrosion resistance of the inner diameter of aluminum die casting products with an electric nickel plating + chrome plating specification contacted us through our website. We proposed electroless nickel plating, and after prototyping with an electroless nickel plating + chrome plating specification, we achieved no white rust formation in the inner diameter after 72 hours in the JIS neutral salt spray test, leading to an order for mass production.
