At Okamoto Seiki (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd., there were issues such as a large amount of work-in-progress and finished goods inventory, and the inability to calculate unit costs due to not performing required quantity calculations. After the introduction of 'Asprova', the lead time was shortened from 40 days to 30 days. The Gantt chart is reliable, allowing us to understand the situation on the shop floor without having to go there.
