The ultrasonic spindle adopts a shrink-fit chuck for tool fixation, unlike conventional types, and transmits designed vibrations to the tool tip. The outer diameter of the spindle is very compact, at one-third that of conventional types, making it suitable for installation on various small machines. The spindle can achieve rotational speeds more than twice that of conventional types. It suppresses tool deflection, which is a problem during turning operations (such as cutting and grinding) when using small-diameter tools with a high aspect ratio. Quick change motor spindle compatible with robotic systems and various specialized machines.

● Attach to robot hands and various dedicated machines, storing various function deburring holders in a magazine like a processing machine. It enables deburring in areas that could not be addressed with a conventional single deburring unit. ● Adopts a motor focused on high torque. Maximum output: 930W, maximum torque: 1.18N·m, rated output: 400W, rated torque: 0.45N·m, rated speed: 8,500 min⁻¹, usable speed: 1,000 to 20,000 min⁻¹, achieving optimal performance for stubborn deburring processing. ● The clamping mechanism is 100% mechanical, using neither air nor electricity. The holder is clamped by pressing a quick-change motor spindle attached to a robot hand or dedicated machine against a dedicated magazine while twisting 30° around the axis. Simultaneously, three locking balls lock the holder to prevent accidental detachment. ● The clamping mechanism includes a built-in proximity sensor to confirm the seating of the holder when clamped. It can determine that the holder is securely clamped (the proximity sensor is a DC three-wire NPN open collector output). ● The unique dual-surface constrained shank holds the holder with a pulling force of 2 tons.
