The "EXEO-CR20" is a martensitic stainless steel that achieves both high hardness and high corrosion resistance through its unique component design and dissolution technology. In our in-house tests, we confirmed a high hardness of around 60 HRC and a tensile strength exceeding 2 GPa. Additionally, it has achieved wear resistance equivalent to SUS440C and corrosion resistance greater than SUS420J2. It also excels in fatigue strength and has excellent workability. We handle a variety of products that meet the needs of our customers, such as impellers (SCS13) and heat-resistant steel (SCH22)!

Our company handles "lost wax products," characterized by a special mold manufacturing method and casting method. In response to supply uncertainties, including recent natural disasters, we will establish stable supply sources not only within Japan but also by partnering with manufacturers in South Korea. Due to the special mold manufacturing and casting methods, molten metal is poured into highly permeable molds heated to approximately 1,000 degrees, improving the flow conditions of the metal, which allows for a wide range of metal types to be selected. Additionally, the mold structure ranges from simple two-part molds to complex segmented molds made up of fine components, and no draft angles are required. 【Features】 - Free design possibilities for complex internal shapes that are difficult to machine, as well as three-dimensional curved surfaces. - Ability to design and manufacture integrated structures from multiple parts that were previously assembled after processing. - Capable of producing items ranging from a few grams to large pieces weighing around 40 kg, depending on conditions. - Depending on the product shape and weight, we can accommodate orders from a few pieces to tens of thousands per lot. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
