Additionally, as we go about our daily work, problems tend to multiply endlessly, so if we increase the number of times we think through each issue, it will consume too much time. Therefore, a minimum and moderate number of thought repetitions is set at five. This makes around five repetitions optimal as a framework for thinking that can be easily used daily.
