Micro pressure and differential pressure pressure switch using high-precision, temperature-compensated silicon-type piezoelectric pressure sensor.

A pressure switch suitable for controlling gauge pressure or differential pressure from ±250Pa to ±200kPa, with relay ON/OFF output. When the set threshold is exceeded, the built-in relay activates, the LED on the front of the switch lights up, and an alarm sounds from the built-in buzzer. The alarm can be set to activate when the measured value exceeds or falls below the set threshold. It is possible to choose from one or two threshold operation modes.
