Our company contributes to society through the thixotropic molding of magnesium, the precision manufacturing of magnesium and aluminum die-cast components, and the production of injection molding molds for resin and magnesium. Magnesium alloys are particularly lightweight among practical metals and are suitable materials for reducing the weight of various products (components). However, their thermal conductivity is about half that of aluminum (ADC12), which has led to the decision not to use them in heat sinks designed to dissipate heat. "ALFe" is a new alloy made of 8% iron and aluminum (Fe8Al). "FH-5" is our original high-strength copper alloy that is far superior to JIS standard CAC303 (HBsC3) and ASTM-B147-8C SAE430B.
