Maintenance-free and no lubricating oil needed in agricultural machinery environments! Resin bushings equipped with corrosion resistance, lightweight, high strength, wear resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and insulation properties!
The Rexnode "Duralon" is a bearing made of composite material (FRP) that incorporates epoxy resin into glass fibers, which are layered and cured. It features a self-lubricating liner woven with high-strength Teflon fibers and polyester fibers in the sliding parts. This design eliminates the need for a lubrication mechanism, making it a viable alternative to metal bushes. "Duralon" provides solutions to the environmental challenges (dust, mud, drainage, etc.) and wear faced by agricultural machinery.
【Key Points for Choosing This Product】
■ No initial or additional lubricating oil required due to the self-lubricating PTFE liner (maintenance-free)
■ High strength due to reinforced plastic (static allowable surface pressure: up to approximately 531 MPa)
■ Lightweight due to resin (77% reduction compared to steel, 30% reduction compared to aluminum)
■ Excellent environmental resistance to mud, seawater, and industrial chemicals
■ Minimizes seizure and galling during abnormal wear
■ Electrical insulation properties and vibration resistance
■ Custom design and additional processing possible with a unique manufacturing method (consultation required)
We offer various types in catalog sizes, including straight sleeve bushes, flange bushes, and thrust washers.
