We would like to introduce a case where Rimburgs implemented our "GOX-5103C-PGE CMOS Color Camera" to verify whether the thermal pad is adhered to the correct position on the aluminum heat sink. Quality control of electronic components is extremely challenging due to the very small size of the inspection targets, the mass production of these components, and the need to conduct inspections relatively quickly for production efficiency.
