Halftone Mask "CST Halftone Series"

In response to requests from many customers, we have handled a quantity of up to 2,300 pieces.

The currently used halftone masks are created by forming a halftone film on a substrate that has already been masked, and then further patterning it. Types where the halftone film exists above the Cr film are called top-type halftone masks. The CST halftone film has been used in actual processes as a top-type halftone film since 2002. We will form the circuit designed by you on our original ceramic substrate using thick film printing. Please feel free to proceed from prototyping to mass production.

Our alumina double-sided circuit boards can form connections between front and back patterns thanks to our unique through-hole manufacturing technology. Until now, embedding conductors in through-holes has been considered difficult due to the shrinkage of conductors during firing. However, we have independently developed a paste that controls firing shrinkage and an optimal process, enabling the supply of alumina printed circuit boards with a via structure filled with conductive paste in the through-holes. We believe our unique technology is the best solution to meet the demands for miniaturization, high functionality, and improved reliability that could not be achieved with conventional alumina printed circuit boards. Our "High-Density Substrate" utilizes a semi-additive process to accommodate fine patterns. We employ a 5μm copper foil known as UTC for primary copper, achieving stable peel strength regardless of substrate type, and preventing abnormal gold plating due to palladium residue. Additionally, by adopting via-fill plating for electro-copper plating, we minimize variations in plating thickness and accommodate filled vias.
