Waterproof + heat-insulating special three-layer coating "Chemical Cation Pack Method"
Reduce indoor temperature by 5℃! Abundant case studies for factory heat, energy saving, and rain leak measures.
The "Chemical Cation Pack Method" is a special coating for roofs and exterior walls. Through a unique method of layering three types of paint, it exhibits various effects such as heat insulation, waterproofing, and reinforcement. It can be applied not only to slate roofs and metal corrugated roofs but also to concrete slabs. Top coat: Heat insulation effect Middle coat: Waterproofing effect Bottom coat: Primer tailored to the roof material (*) (*) A special primer is used for slate roofs that prevents the dispersion of asbestos, and for metal roofs, it provides anti-rust effects. The waterproofing middle coat is thick and durable, preventing the breakage of aged slate. Additionally, it can finish the surface smoothly, making it difficult for dirt to adhere to the roof surface, thus sustaining the heat insulation effect of the top coat. It is recommended for countering summer heat and reducing air conditioning costs. 【Features】 ■ Quality control that maximizes the functionality of the coating ■ Comprehensive safety measures with unique fall prevention equipment ■ Possible to carry out construction while operating the factory ■ Energy-saving and heat stroke prevention with sustained heat insulation effects ■ Reinforcement effect for old slate and prevention of asbestos dispersion *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
