The optical isomer separation column "SUMICHIRAL OA Series" has become an essential HPLC column in the pharmaceutical and pesticide fields. 【Features】 - Direct separation of optical isomers is possible, achieving excellent separation. - By changing the absolute configuration of the chiral selector in the column, the elution order of isomers can be reversed (excluding some columns). - The chiral selector is chemically stable as it is covalently bonded to silica gel (excluding some columns). We have launched a new product, 'OA-5000'. 【Features】 - The theoretical plate number has improved to 1.5 times that of conventional products (equivalent to a particle-filled column with a particle size of 3.5μm). - The column pressure is less than one-third of that of conventional products, allowing for increased flow rates during measurement. - Columns can be connected up to approximately 45 cm. - Ideal for analyzing samples with strong retention (such as dicarboxylic acids). *For details, please refer to "Request for Materials" or "Catalog Download."
