Insulation design for HEV/EV motors and material selection, advanced measurement and evaluation.

★Insulation breakdown and insulation characteristic measurement, countermeasures (prevention methods)! ★Insulation coating film for flat wire (lightweight and high density)! ★Examples of manufacturing issues introduced!

【Lecture Summary】 The insulation materials for motors used in electric vehicles are subjected to harsh environments, making concerns about insulation breakdown and degradation unavoidable. In this seminar, after discussing the fundamental properties of polymer insulators (dielectrics), we will focus on the insulation characteristics of polymers, particularly the mechanisms of insulation breakdown and degradation, as well as the measurement and countermeasures (prevention methods) related to insulation properties. 【Lecture Summary】 This presentation will introduce insulation technology around motors using polyimide film "Kapton," which has the highest level of heat resistance among all resins. 【Lecture Summary】 This seminar focuses on electrical insulation technology for motors driven by power supplies of 600V or less, particularly for inverter-driven motors used in vehicles. These motors are exposed to harsh environments due to increased temperatures for miniaturization and the method of directly applying moisture-containing transmission lubricants to the heating parts for improved cooling performance. The seminar instructor, with 40 years of motor design experience, will explain insulation technology that provides easy-to-manufacture and highly reliable motors, using examples to illustrate the fundamentals of insulation and manufacturing issues.

Food Safety Assessment of Food Using StarDrop【For Food Science】

We support the design of compounds to enhance food safety.

In the food science industry, the development of new products and quality design is a complex process involving multifaceted evaluations such as taste, aroma, texture, nutritional components, and safety. The decision support platform StarDrop contributes to the efficiency of food R&D by evaluating and predicting the chemical properties of food ingredients and functional materials based on data, quickly identifying optimal blends and formulations. 【Main Use Cases】 - QSAR Property Prediction: Predicting the in vivo behavior (such as absorption and metabolism) and physical properties of specific components before synthesis and formulation. - Toxicity and Safety Prediction: Screening the toxicity risks (such as skin sensitization and mutagenicity) of raw materials and additives at an early stage. - Auto-Modeller: Building unique quality prediction models from the company's experimental data (such as sensory evaluation and shelf life). 【Implementation Effects】 By simultaneously optimizing blends that balance taste, safety, and health functions, the number of prototypes is minimized, achieving a "dramatic reduction in development time" and "reduction in prototype costs." This accelerates the market introduction of advanced health foods and new materials that meet consumer needs.

Highly rated in the benchmark survey for springback prediction!

Demonstrated excellent accuracy, speed, and consistency in a benchmark study predicting springback at the NIMISHEET2022 international conference.

The international conference "NUMISHEET 2022" on sheet metal forming simulation was held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from July 10 to July 14, 2022. AutoForm participated in a benchmark study to predict springback using a panel with a twist die provided by the Auto/Steel Partnership (A/SP). This further demonstrated that the software can rapidly, accurately, and consistently simulate the entire press forming process. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Macro Pattern Inspection Module | High-speed evaluation of dimensional changes at the nano level

Achieved a correlation R²=0.96 for the measured long SEM data. Quantitatively observed a wide range of chip pattern size variations as changes in image brightness.

This is a non-destructive, ultra-fast inspection module that monitors the variation in pattern dimensions on wafers. It visualizes the fluctuations in pattern size, which were traditionally measured over time using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), as brightness information in macro images. It allows real-time monitoring of "device-specific variations" and "temporal changes" during the exposure and etching processes. This significantly contributes to improving the yield of next-generation devices as miniaturization progresses. 【Technical Features】 - Confirmed a very high correlation (R²=0.964) with length measurement SEM data. - Provides a comprehensive understanding of the distribution across the entire wafer, not just specific areas within the chip. - High-precision observation using an optical system optimized for telecentricity. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us. *We are currently accepting requests for evaluations of the actual device. The first sample evaluation will be provided free of charge.
