Our company processes strip-shaped heating elements with slits, adjusting the slit width to design them according to the customer's requirements for current and voltage. 【Ceramics】 The essential function required for ceramics used in heaters is thermal shock resistance. Since the heating element becomes hot immediately upon applying electricity, ceramics that can withstand this rapid temperature change are necessary.
