Additionally, it can be manufactured in any shape with 95% accuracy. Furthermore, it primarily utilizes "eFF260#1," a PTFE fiber cloth composed of 100% PTFE, which has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, making it suitable for clean rooms. 【Features】 ■ Heat resistance up to 260°C (normal use below 220°C) ■ Manufactured from a single unit ■ Compliant with RoHS2 ※1 "eFF260#1" refers to: - It is inert to almost all chemicals, including strong acids (including hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia), strong alkalis, and organic solvents. - PTFE is harmless to the body, and due to its chemical properties and thermal stability, it can be safely used in clean rooms. - The PTFE fiber, which is widely used as high-strength sewing thread, has undergone special processing, resulting in exceptional tear strength.
