Here is an example of the installation of the "Hybrid Actuator." The parallel link motion base has six axes arranged in parallel, resulting in very high rigidity. This mechanism can perform six motions simultaneously, and its structure is extremely simple, allowing for weight reduction. By using a "Hybrid Actuator" in the parallel link motion base, it is possible to eliminate piping work while still being hydraulically driven, making it an ideal machine tool that requires almost no assembly or adjustment processes. Currently, the parallel link mechanism that has been announced requires a total of 12 pivot points, but our company has developed a mechanism that reduces the number of pivot points to six, significantly improving the accuracy of table posture control. We would like to introduce a case where challenges in the cutting equipment for steel plates were resolved at an industrial machinery manufacturer. In conventional cutting equipment, production efficiency was poor, and there were issues with slight dimensional errors caused by the operators. We would like to introduce the decomposition mechanism of our microbial biodegradable plastic additive, "P-Life." It has a mechanism that repeatedly undergoes oxidation and reduction reactions, allowing for the continuous induction and promotion of oxidative decomposition by incorporating radicals into the carbon chains of the polymer. The formed oxides (for example, carboxylic acids) are digested and absorbed by microorganisms in soil or compost environments.
