[Case Study] Industrial Machinery Manufacturer

We would like to introduce a case where challenges in the cutting equipment for steel plates were resolved at an industrial machinery manufacturer. In conventional cutting equipment, production efficiency was poor, and there were issues with slight dimensional errors caused by the operators. To address this, we developed a cutter positioning guide mechanism using a servo motor. This significantly reduced the setup time for changing product types and eliminated variations in work by the operators.
