We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the DAS (Digital Assort System) at Stork Co., Ltd., which operates a food warehouse business (refrigerated, frozen, and room temperature).
About ten years ago, the logistics system that was implemented became outdated, and the maintenance system was not good, so we had been considering replacing the system for a long time.
By introducing the new system, we were able to produce various desired reports in a timely manner, speeding up the overall process and reducing errors.
Additionally, by combining pallet racks and medium-duty racks in the layout, we were able to effectively utilize the limited space.
