We would like to introduce two materials suitable for food contact applications that we recommend. 【Sumika Super LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer)】 In addition to heat resistance, it has impact resistance even at low temperatures and can be used from the freezer to the oven. It evenly transmits heat, allowing for beautiful browning and a delicious aroma. It can be easily removed from molds. It is also dishwasher safe. It does not contain fluorine or halogens, reducing environmental impact. Examples of use: Frozen food containers (soup cups), oven-safe dishes (gratin dishes), oven-safe baking molds and bread molds. 【Sumika Excel PES (Polyether Sulfone)】 It can be used in steam convection. It has excellent dimensional stability and can be molded into tableware with minimal gaps between the dish and lid, resulting in fluffy cooking. It is resistant to detergents and is also dishwasher safe. It can be adjusted to transparent or opaque colors. It complies with U.S. food packaging material regulations (FDA), is lightweight, and has excellent safety.
